The founder
Émilie Silva
Silva Avocat & Partners a été fondé par Émilie Silva, avocate inscrite aux Barreaux de Paris et de Lisbonne. Depuis plus de sept ans, elle accompagne entreprises, dirigeants et investisseurs dans leurs opérations structurantes en droit des affaires, fusions-acquisitions et private equity, en France comme à l’international.
Elle intervient sur l’ensemble du cycle des opérations stratégiques - acquisitions et cessions, levées de fonds, restructurations, partenariats et gouvernance - et assiste également ses clients en contentieux des affaires, notamment dans les litiges entre associés et les situations de gouvernance complexe.
Émilie Silva a développé une expertise spécifique en successions internationales impliquant des actifs de sociétés, à la croisée du droit des sociétés, du droit international privé et de la fiscalité patrimoniale.
De nationalité franco-capverdienne, elle accompagne également des projets d’investissement en Afrique lusophone et francophone, notamment au Cap-Vert, en Angola et au Mozambique, sur des opérations de joint-ventures, d’implantation, de financement et de restructuration, dans des secteurs à fort impact.
Elle a par ailleurs développé une pratique dédiée aux industries culturelles et créatives, avec une approche orientée business et structuration, accompagnant les acteurs de la musique et de la culture dans la sécurisation de leurs projets et de leurs actifs immatériels.
Avant de fonder le cabinet, Émilie Silva a exercé au sein de cabinets et directions juridiques de premier plan en France et au Portugal. Elle est diplômée de l’ESCP Business School en Finance (MSC) et de l’Université Paris XII, en droit des affaires, et intervient en français, portugais, anglais et espagnol.
