Flat fees
Where the nature of the work allows clear definition of its scope from the outset, we implement a fixed fee. This method ensures full transparency of the overall cost and allows you to plan your budget with confidence, without variation according to time spent on the file.
Hourly billing
Where a flat fee is not appropriate due to the nature or complexity of the matter, fees are based on the time actually spent.
An hourly rate is agreed in advance, and an estimated budget is communicated before the work begins.
You are then kept informed, in a transparent and regular manner, of the progress of the file and the time spent at each stage.
Retainer / subscription
To respond to recurring legal needs or support a temporary increase in activity, we offer monthly subscription packages.
The amount is determined according to the volume of hours or level of support required, in order to provide flexible legal support tailored to your pace.
For specific projectsmusic production, fundraising, rights management or cultural partnerships-we can also dedicate a lead attorney for a set number of -hours or days per month, ensuring personalised follow-up and full continuity in handling your matters.
